Positive Relationship Between Physical Activity and Emotional Mental Health In Housewives

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical activity and emotional mental health in housewives. This research is correlational with a cross-sectional approach. A total 35 women criteria, namely being housewives, aged 20-30 years, living their husbands, having children at least 2 years old, domiciled Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia voluntarily participated as respondents by filling out signing informed consent. level measured using Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) levels were Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scales (DASS42). Measurements carried simultaneously. data analysis technique used Chi-Square test statistical software package for social sciences (SPSS) version 21.0 significance 5%. results average housewives medium category 45.72% (16 people), low 25.71% (9 people) high 28.57% (10 people). emotional-mental normal mild 17.14% (6 moderate 20.00% (7 heavy ( 6 show that there positive Pearson value 55.222 p-value=0.000.
